I personally do not like making something available to all categories, so I instead just made sure I had clothing for each category enabled so that I didn't have to worry about that. The problem was I didn't make it enabled for All categories so when my insane sim decided he wanted to wear formal clothes while playing with the sprinkler ( ) I got the floaty head syndrome. It made it obvious when they were pregnant because they would just switch to that outfit. I initially only had the PJ's for teens and Adults enabled in game, which worked out great. I labeled them all fairly clearly, so feel free to pick and choose which ones you want or keep them all. I have tested it in game for several days with no problems at all. I used Delphy's CAS Texture Unitool to enable the 'maternity' option on these clothes. I did these for myself, so I figured I would share them so that you can be lazy and not have to do it yourself. Since there is no pregnancy morph for men as of yet, the easiest way to avoid floaty head syndrome when your male sims get preggers is to enable maternity on them.
